How long have you been trading?
Sheelin Cash & Carry Ltd the parent company of Countryclothing have been trading since 1973.


When will I receive any goods purchased on-line?
CountryClothing.ie will confirm your order via automated email within a couple of minutes of you successfully placing your order transaction, unless otherwise stated we will dispatch your order immediately, please allow up to three working days for our couriers to deliver. We advise customers not to chase their orders until the fourth working day has arrived. Please ensure you check the quantity of parcels that you are signing for and report any problems to us within 7 working days. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept your order, as the courier will only leave goods with a signature, if you are not at the address to accept the order, the courier will leave a docket with instructions, after this you will be required to collect your order from your local depot.


Is your on-line system "Secure"?
All of our web based transactions are processed through Realex Payments or Paypal (The world’s favourite way to get paid). Realex Payments are Ireland's leading real-time payment processing company, processing transactions securely for hundreds of companies both in Ireland and Internationally. The transactions are fully encrypted using secure coding and Realex Payments are compliant with the payments card industry to the highest level.


How can I pay for goods?
Our Online store accepts Laser, Visa and Mastercard. Or alternatively you can use your Paypal account.


I have received damaged goods upon delivery.
If your goods have been delivered faulty then we need to know.
Using the "contact us" page please inform us with the exact problem so we can investigate this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is urgently required :
1. Your order id..
2. Details of the exact fault plus pictures if possible.
3. Make sure you retain the original packaging in case we have to collect the damaged product.
4. Your telephone and contact details should we need to contact you.


What are the delivery options available and charges?
Country Clothing provides delivery FREE for orders over €50 to any county in Ireland, including Northern Ireland. Standard Delivery charge for orders under €50 is €5. We can deliver to the UK at a rate of € per box, if you place your order as normal we will contact you to arrange payment of delivery surcharge. At the moment international delivery is unavailable.


I have received the wrong item or completely the wrong order what should I do?
Unfortunately due to human or computer error the wrong part/item can be dispatched. Clearly we need to resolve this immediately and efficiently to your satisfaction, however please make sure that you have checked all the boxes as we sometimes pack multiple items in single boxes.


Procedure for missing items
Using the "contact us" page, please inform us with the exact problem so we can investigate this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is urgently required:

2. Details of what is missing
3. Make sure you retain the original packaging in case we have to collect the product.
4. Your telephone and contact details should we need to contact you.



How do I return an unwanted product or item?
If you would like to return an unwanted product please return items to our Sheelin C&C warehouse address, enclosing your order details for refund purposes. Please send an email to admin@countryclothing.ie informing us of your intention to return products prior to sending items back. All items for return must be unused, in their original packaging, have all labels and product instructions attached and MUST be packaged in an outer protective cardboard box or alternative packaging. Should any of the above conditions not be fulfilled we reserve the right to either return the item to you or charge you a restocking fee.

For larger box items we can arrange for our couriers to uplift an unused product in its original packaging within 28days of purchase, there is a charge of €10 per box for this service. Please email us through the contacts page or directly on admin@countryclothing.ie with the following details:
1. Your order id.
2. Your Name and Collection Address
3. Your telephone and contact details should we need to contact you.

All products must be unused and in their original packaging and placed in an outer cardboard box for added protection and to avoid damage in transit. However if Countryclothing original outer packaging is disposed off please pack the item in another durable cardboard box.


How do I pack an item if I am returning it?
Returning faulty products only
When returning a product or item to Countryclothing please ensure that the original packing is used where ever possible to avoid damage in transit. However if this is not possible please pack the item in another cardboard box.

Returning unwanted items only
If you are returning an unwanted & unused item (within 28 days) you must use the original packaging to enable a full refund.


How do I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order with Countryclothing but then wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure you write I want to cancel my order" in the mail subject. It is not always possible to cancel an order if the transaction has passed our security checks and has entered the warehouse for picking. However we always do our best to help! If you order is shipped and you refuse to sign for the parcel the return costs will be at your expense as per our terms and conditions.



If I buy a product and it then doesn't fit (for example in the boot of my car), can I return it?
As long as the product can be returned in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase you can return anything bought from Countryclothing. To return products please go to our 'Returning an Item help' article To know how to pack it please go to our 'How do I pack an item if I am returning it?' article.



I have found a product cheaper on another website, will you match the price?
If you find any product purchased from Countryclothing cheaper in Ireland within 7 days of purchase we will refund the difference. Please remember the item must be in stock ready for delivery at the advertised price. It must also be the same specification and colour. Please forward the website information to us using the "contact us" tab above and we will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm).



Can I collect from you?
If you order online from Countryclothing your goods are normally delivered with courier. However you can opt for a Click & Collect where we will have your order available for collection at our Baby Store “Kool Kidz” within 24hrs, you will be notified by text when your order is ready for collection.


A product I was looking at has disappeared from your web site, why?
Items move very quickly on our site and if you cannot locate the product you have previously seen it has gone out of stock. If we have a confirmed delivery date from the manufacture for more stock the item will be on a pre-order, however if no confirmed date has been established yet the item will not be online. We also cannot advise when this item will come back in stock, so please keep an eye on the site for further information. Short term we would advise you to keep checking the site because we usually remove products once they reach a minimum stock level and then list the remaining products once a full stock check has taken place.

 

I have been charged twice on my bank statement, what should I do?
Please contact us and provide us with your details. We will then look into this and ensure that any refunds that are due are completed for you.



When I click on a product it says 'unavailable to view' what does this mean?
This message means that we have sold out of that product and it is now not available to buy. The item has been taken offline because we do not have a confirmed date for more stock.

 

What is your WEE recycling policy?
Countryclothing will take back your WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge at the time of delivery or at any one of our store(s) nationwide. Waste batteries are taken back in-store on a one-for-zero basis (i.e. no purchased required) as long as they are of equivalent type to that sold by us. WEEE and waste batteries can also be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge. The following link will show you how to find the civic amenity site closest to you where you can recycle your WEEE, batteries and light bulbs. Never put WEEE, batteries or light bulbs in any your bins.
